This in light of the denial of the Constitutional Court's Act by the Vetevendosje Movement on the issue of driving the Kosovo Assembly.

The Republic of Kosovo, as never before, needs the creation of an institution that protects the Constitution from groups that reject constitutional order, but also from individuals who violate the Constitutional Court's decisions.

An office dealing with the protection of constitutional and democratic order, which co-operates with all justice, security and defence structures in Kosovo.

An office that has a mandate to monitor either political parties or radical groups that do not recognise or challenge the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo.

An office with a mandate to monitor, analyse, reports all those who do not respect the Constitutional Court's decisions. /Periscopi/
