Police brutality in a country depends on the aggression of those who lead it.
Days ago, before the Kosovo Assembly, we had signs of this brutality, which were relating to ridicule.
The aggressive behaviour of former Interior Minister Jalal Svechla, toward a citizen, is best distributed to the brutality that feeds from above.
