Recognition of constitutional issues, Mazum Baraliu, has said the provisional measure imposed by the Constitutional Court for Constituent Sessions is valid after 26 July.
He has said that if the Assembly is not constitutionalised by this date, provisional measures until 8 August are not known according to him what will happen.
By July 26th, the deputies can meet and maintain the Assembly. If they don't do this until 27 they start the temporary measure and it's worth it until August 8th, but then what happens is unknown. If we don't move into an area that's not known when it ends and what it offers and what it stops. This measure only has to do after the end of the 30-day”, Baraliu said of Tv1.
He has said the Mass Court has respected its decision to wear out the 30-day deadline. /Periscope/
