Baraliu for a 30-day deadline: The State Can Be Paralyzing

Legal Affairs Professor Mazumum Baraliu has stated that disturbing is the Constitutional Court's act on the Constitutional Constitutional Constitution, as he said it has not been clarified what will happen unless it is binding within the 30-day term. He has said on Wednesday to KTV that the state of Kosovo could be paralyzed from this situation as he added [...]
He has said on Wednesday in KTV that Kosovo's state could be paralysed from this situation, while adding parties would have to overcome resentment and build co-operation.
All are losers in realising institutional requirements. Most importantly, no one in any position is observing the Constitutional Court's decision. On the 30-day deadline, there is no way to act and paralyzed the state. There should always be episodes until we can figure out the solution to convert the country”, Baraliu declared.
According to him, the risk lies at the 30-day term for the constitution's constitutionalisation, while saying that what was discussed among parties with President Vjosa Osmani “are less important for the fact that the state is being paralysed”.
He also spoke to the current crisis, which said the minority communities' parties are guilty.
And not only is this party (the Vetevendosje v.j.), the crisis has been of great help, with all due respect to the minority community, and these communities that were divided in half and are determining... this is the situation that we are creating and witnessing a harmful mirror even to the outside world that observes whether we are willing to build a state and break it up by developing medieval battles”, Baraliu said. /Periscope/
