Bajrami through a Facebook post, said that by June 1st, the power plant has increased eight times, while businesses still do not know how much the June and July bills will be.
I call on the prosecution to investigate the entire decision-making chain in the energy sector. We can't sacrifice the whole state for the profits of energy traders and their connections to the powers of”, Bajrami wrote among other things.
Full Posting:
The Energy Regulatory Office, as one of the leading activists bearing responsibility for everything that is happening in the country's energy sector, has come out today with a scandalous call.
How can you call on businesses to link contracts with private power supply operators when KEK itself, as a last resort supplier, has not yet billed businesses for June?
Do you have any responsibility for this?
What does your billing guide say?
The only thing known is that by June 1st, when businesses have emerged in a free <x0-market”, electricity import has increased T HOURS.
So these businesses still don't know what the June and July bills will be, while you call on them to link contracts to private/commercial energy operators.
You're not dealing with the reality of these businesses. You are ignoring the fact that the June bill and offers by private operators are crucial factors whether these businesses will continue operating or not.
So without a measure of responsibility, make such absurd appeals.
What will you do on August 1st for businesses that will not link contracts?
You'll leave them without power,
-Will you shut them up,
You'll leave over 100 thousand workers on the road.
One more thing: you have said that the Court has given you the right, but it is known where and when, because in the last month we are witnessing dozens of decisions of the Commercial Court that are in favour of businesses not in your favor.
I call on the prosecution to investigate the entire decision-making chain in the energy sector. We can't sacrifice the whole state for the profits of energy dealers and their ties to power.
