Through a Facebook post, she has expressed the most sincere condolences for the victims' families and sought institutional responsibility.
“Explores genuine condolences for the families of four workers who have lost their lives in the workplace during the past week,” Bajrami said, stressing that this situation is alarming and requires immediate action, follows Periscope.
She added that without the desire to politicise this issue, it is a moral and civic obligation to voice the safety of workers in Kosovo.
“Each of us must feel responsibility for the situation that workers in Kosovo are in, for the uncertainty and the risk that accompanys them every day when they leave for work,” was expressed.
Bajrami called on all institutions responsible for taking concrete measures and not allowing tragedies to be repeated.
I call on all institutions in the Republic, including state and municipal inspectors, as well as the Prosecutor, to act immediately. All those who have failed to take measures to prevent these tragedies” must be held accountable, the MP has declared.
Bajrami stressed the importance of justice and the need for preventive measures.
“Life does not return, but institutions have a legal and moral duty to prevent such cases and ensure that anyone who does not act according to the law faces justice”, Bajrami has said.
