“LVV is leading the country towards overturning constitutional order. In six open sessions, Albulen Haxhiu has failed to secure the votes needed to elect the Speaker of the Parliament. Similarly, the Vetevendosje Movement has failed 34 attempts to form the commission for secret voting. ”
Bajrami recalled that the Constitutional Court has made it clear that MPs are free to vote according to their will and not according to the instructions of the ruling parties.
The Constitutional Court has clearly clarified that MPs are free to vote according to their will and not according to Albin Kurti's directives. With 34 failed votes, MPs have openly shown they oppose forming the commission for secret vote, subsequently, against the election of Albulen Hadziu as speaker of the Parliament.
Vetevendosje can repeat this scenario another ten times, but the question is: What is accomplished by such failed efforts?
All this approach is leading the country towards overthrowing constitutional order, and when that happens, the consequences will be far more serious for all. For this situation, responsibility falls completely on LV.”
