By the end of the week, The LDK will seek additional clarifications regarding the fact that the court's act is not being implemented, issued a few days ago.
Regarding this, LDK deputy Hykmete Bajrami has spoken of news. She said that even after the Constitutional Court's decision, the LVV through the chairman of the session. Dehar makes continued violations of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
She said the Constitutional Court tasks the head of the session strictly respect the agenda agreed on at the April 8th meeting amid Mr. Konjufca and representatives of political parties, Mr. Dehar already has permission to become an instrument of Albin Kurti and with full consciousness.
“For the Democratic League of Kosovo is unacceptable the fact that even after the Constitutional Court decision, the LVV through the chairman of the session, Mr. Dehar makes continued violations of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and does not allow the constitution of the Parliament. Despite the fact that we now have a clear decision by the Constitutional Court, which obliges the head of the session to strictly respect the agenda agreed on at the April 8th meeting amid Mr. Konjufca and representatives of political parties, Mr. Dehari already has permission to become an instrument of Albin Kurti and, with full consciousness, is continuing to violate the Constitution by insisting on forming a commission that has never been on the agenda”, Bajrami said.
MP Bajrami said the LDK strongly condemns these actions, which undermine the fundamental principles of democracy and rule of law.
Finally, she said the LDK will address the Constitutional Court to protect the constitutional order and ensure the functioning of institutions under the law.
“The LDK strongly condemns these actions, which undermine the fundamental principles of democracy and rule of law. For this reason, we will address the Constitutional Court to protect the constitutional order and ensure the functioning of institutions by law. We LDK deputies seek to enable us to free exercise of the mandate in the Parliament and remain committed to protecting the interests of citizens and to ensure that the work of the Assembly is carried out fully with the Constitution and will of the people”, she said.
We remember that Thursday's afternoon Constitutional Court came to a decision following the opposition's request for clarification regarding the secret vote, where, among other things, political subjects have been obliged for 30 days to constitutionalise the Parliament, though it is not clarified what happens next. /Periscope/
