Bajrami awaits German Bundestag deputies at the meeting: We spoke of the urgent need to lift sanctions on Kosovo

The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami, announced that she was waiting at the German Bundestag MP meeting, with which, among other things, said the need <x0 emergency>” for the removal of sanctions to Kosovo set by the European Union.

In the quality of the LDK Parliamentary Group chairman, today I had the pleasure of meeting the German Bundestag deputies, Mr. Tillman Cuban and Mr. David Preistenz. We talked openly about the political situation in Kosovo, the LDK's positions, as well as strengthening co-operation between Kosovo and Germany.

I thanked the deputies for Germany's support of Kosovo and expressed the importance of close co-operation between the LDK and the CDU. We spoke of the urgent need to remove EU punitive measures against Kosovo and Germany's role in the process.

We also discussed the importance of utilizing growth plan funds, as well as the importance of Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe and our co-operation on the Euro-Atlantic road./Periscopi/
