The judicial process against the former KLA leaders in The Hague is currently in an important phase, next week, on either July 16th, the court's decision regarding the common defence side motion will be made public, respectively, for the request to drop points of the indictment. This trial is accompanied by multiple violations, as we have told him at the very beginning of the time, from lack of transparency, the extension of the process, the lack of credibility of evidence/witness, the discriminating approach to the defensive side in relation to the accusation, and above all the questioning of the objective of the trial body”, he wrote.
According to him, objectivity or principle of equality of parties/arms in the procedure is the basis and bottom line of ensuring a fair, impartial and objective judgment.
This principle in the Specialised Chambers in The Hague is seriously affected since the way this court was conceived and how it functioned, all under an umbrella. Even actions (not a few cases) of the court, and separately one of the members, by engaging in orient questions, subsequently forbidden to witnesses, lead to another dimension of suspicion, raising the level to serious concern the objective of the court. The decision-making, which will be published next week, on July 16th, is a test of this concern and a very significant signal for the process's performance and decision-making afterwards due to this process of justice as significant as”, has ended Bajraktari. /Periscope/
