The defence panel has also demanded that investigative materials be made available, but the SPAK has been communicated that they will be granted to pay, an offer that has not been accepted by lawyer Max Hadzia, Euronews reports. al
At 11:00, the prosecution is expected to be communicated with her husband, Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, who has been in custody for five months.
It is learned that Veliaj will not personally appear to be brought to know the charge after signing a declaration of representation by his legal defenders.
Erion Veliaj is in the cell since 10 February, while Ayala Xoxa is under obligation for presentation.
They are being investigated under suspicion of criminal acts of corruption, hiding wealth and money laundering. /Periscope/
