Attempt murder in Kolovica: Victory Doda is sentenced to almost eight years in prison, Arijan Sijarina to 9 months in prison

In this case, Fitim Doda was charged with attempted murder that took place on March 26th 2024 in Kolovic and criminal work “retaining, unauthorized possession or possession of weapons”, while Arijan Sijarina was accused of criminal work “of not warning of criminal acts or their perpetrators”, reports <x4Betim for Justice<5> Periscope.
The indictment was announced by Judge Gent Beka, who said the Doda for criminal work “attempted murder” was sentenced to 7 years in prison, while for illegal weapons was sentenced to one year in prison. To him, a unique sentence was pronounced 7 years and 10 months in prison.
For Doda, the term spent in custody from April 24th 2024 is calculated and continued with the detention measure until the integrity of the indictment.
In the prison sentence for Doda, the criminal past has been taken into account - since the same one has six convictions of a formal form of penalty.
While accused Aryan Sijarin of criminal acts “of failing to report criminal acts or their perpetrators”, he was sentenced to 9 months in prison.
The Sijarina accused, in the pronounced sentence, accounts for the time spent in house custody and house arrest from May 2nd 2024 to January 29th 2025.
The single accused are obliged to pay the criminal procedure's expenses in the amount of 150 euros for the judiciary and 50 euros for the funding for compensation of crime victims.
At the initial session on March 25th 2025, Fitim Doda was declared innocent of attempted murder that took place on March 26, 2024 in Colovica, and for possession without permission, while Arijan Cijarina pleaded guilty for not warning the criminal act.
At the May 27th 2025 session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the accused Fitim Doda pleaded guilty to illegal possession, while accused Arijan Sijarina of criminal work “of not warning criminal acts or their perpetrators”. The court approved the guilty plea for these two criminal acts, while the trial will continue for attempted murder, until the plea of the indictment is declared even for acts that were pleaded guilty to the end of the trial.
According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, Fitim Doda on March 26th 2024 around 13:50 on the “Haxhi Zeka” in Pristina, due to a preliminary dispute between himself, deliberately and by gun fire attempting to deprive the now damaged Naim Berisha of life.
It says that while the accused Doda was moving with VW Golf 7, the property of now the late E.H., which was run by the Doda himself while the passenger in the front seat was defendant Arian Cijarina, stopping the car at the intersection of “Hajji Zeka”, with the cerrast Fitim Doda from the car's car with a fire AK-47 shoots several times towards the car that injured Naim Berisha led, where one hits the target by causing slight bodily injury with temporary health consequences.
With what, the Doda was charged with committing the criminal act “attempted murder of” by Article 172 concerning Article 28 of the Criminal Code.
And the Doda was accused of deliberately and knowingly opposing legal and unmovable provisions from unproved time to critical day without permission having possessed the AK-47-type weapon.
By this, it was accused of committing criminal work “retaining unauthorized possession of weapons”, of Article 366 of the Criminal Code.
While Arijan Sijarina was charged that from March 26th 2024 around 13:50 on the “Hage Zeka” route to April 24th 2024 in Pristina, deliberately and knowingly aware of the perpetrators of the criminal act of “assassination at the attempted”, it does not announce such a fact nor the suspect's whereabouts.
In that move, it was accused of committing criminal work “of failing to report criminal acts or their perpetrators” by Article 378, par.1 points of Penal Code 1.2.
We remember that two people were killed on that day (March 26th 2024). The murder in question allegedly injured in this case, Naim Berisha, along with his brother Ahmet Berisha, who had also been declared a police search. Both allegedly killed E.H. Thirty-year-old and Mr.G., a 48-year-old woman who was not involved in the case, but was in a car near her house. The one with the broken wounds had died at QKUUK the day after the event.
