From the arrest of Radoichi to the attacks from Kurt and Osman: All that Special Chief Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj said.

In an interview in Calxo. com with journalist Kreshnik Gashi, Isufaj has spoken on all topics discussed recently, attacks on him by Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani, the tender for bridges in Iber, the withdrawal of the arrest of Milan Radojici, and many other topics.

The most interesting statement was issued regarding the arrest of Milan Radoicchi, a development that is referred to as the chief terrorist's name, mentioned by Isufaj. The latter cleared up the situation.

At one point, the prosecutor of the case (Empty Kerkin) has come to my office and has informed me of a meeting he had with Milan Radosic's lawyer. How the prosecutor interpreted it to me, it was this way that the Radoicovic attorney had told the prosecutor that Radoici is giving signals of co-operation and that if you accept the arrest warrant, he will provide information that is very creditable for the murder of Oliver Ivanovic”, Isufaj said.

Be assured, I didn't have much information at the time who Radoichi was. I knew he was accused of committing the criminal act of Oliver Ivanovisk, but I didn't know more. You know there's been an attempt to get arrested several times by the police but he couldn't. The moment the prosecutor told me this, I was clear, I said no. Why did I say no? It's not that I didn't want to accept such an offer, it's not that I didn't want to provide information allegedly very relevant to the Oliver Ivanovic murder case because the arrest warrant has to do with Ivanovic's murder. I didn't agree with the prosecutor and I said go ahead with the process as you are” he said further.

And then the prosecutor of the case insisted and brought me an investigation plan, a strategy for how he thinks he's getting that information. For all these conversations, informed and meeting has been former state chief prosecutor Alexander Lumez. Since the prosecutor I said it earlier is independent in the way he handles one case, how he provides a trial, how he presents the trial before the court, I couldn't afford to be made an obstacle to the said he doesn't do it in any way because I had a higher instance there where the chief prosecutor explained.

And I believed the prosecutor's sincerity. I was convinced and I am even today that the prosecutor's purpose in the case was not to emnitrate Radoici, rather the goal was to put him here to face justice. Imagine, Kreshnik, if he had come to Special Prosecution, or given the information about Oliver Ivanovic's murder or was to be arrested because he had the status of the defendant” said Isufaj.

Blerim Isufaj was asked about the attacks on him after reporting that he has launched an investigation into the construction of bridges over the Iber River. He said he does not allow misuse of funds in the name of patriotism.

What many different exhibits say that Blerim Isufaj issued an order to stop the job, to stop the budget, I guarantee you it's a big lie and I call on you if there's any such order to publish it. There is no such order, there are certain purposes. The goal is to denigrate the Special Prosecutor, me as the chief prosecutor, and to draw attention from our daily work by a certain category of people. ”

I guarantee you and the citizens of Kosovo that they have neither the first nor the second to be realistic. I'm Blerim Isufaj, I'm Yunik. No way, in any situation I'm allowed to misuse public funding in the name of patriotism. For me, patriotism is an honest job, developed, built, developed without misusing public money. That when it was time for patriotism, which I never said, I've been where this place is, I don't know where they were. The bridge let's be built, because we eagerly welcome the information we will treat with honesty, with correctness, according to criminal procedure standards”, Isufaj said.

It doesn't matter, it was Isufaj's response when he was asked that Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani did not accept him for chief state prosecutor.

They say they don't love me, they don't want me. It doesn't matter. I don't know why they don't want me, ask them.”, he said.

Look... the low level seems to comment. But I just need one thing to say. In my 2010 career, I'm a prosecutor, and I've been a prosecutor for the War Crimes or Special Prosecutor. For years, I've set them up for 300 counts. With my knowledge, only 6 of them are turned down in my career. That the performance is down to about 97% charges approved in court. This is easily verifiable” he said.

Asked if Kurt is aware of this data, Isufaj responded firmly.

I don't care if you know it or not. I'm sure he's not served by fact, but by gossip. For if he were served by fact, he should not say so. Don't forget a fact. Did we talk about terrorism earlier? I was the one who arrested 40 and more people. I was the one who charged them over 30. This is a fact among many other facts.”, he added.

Blerim Isufaj stressed that the Court did not issue the order that Kurti be sent to the Prosecutor to testify concerning the state reserve case.
