The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina in a response to Gazeta Express has confirmed the arrest of police officers, but refused to provide more details, since he said it could damage the integrity of the investigations.
“E confirms that five police officials have been arrested for criminal work” Murder from carelessness” by Article 175 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The 27-year-old death case has already been described as a suspicious death.
After the citizens called, police units have intervened by arresting him. During the intervention, handcuffs were imposed on him. Police report that in spite of the medical team's efforts, the 27-year-old passed away at the scene. /Periscope/
