Alban Zejnullahu, Agon Zamenu's brother, said in Kosovo Live in T7 that they hope that the Constitutional Court will make a decision for the detention of policemen again.
“We hope that the Constitutional Court in Lipjan will decide the same measure as it was and will still assign the detention measure to those who killed our brother”, he said.
He warned that any other decision would move them as family members to think “about other options”.
Otherwise, any other decision, except for us as a family that reopens the wounds of suffering, drives us to think about other options. So we pray to all, especially to these institutions, we pray to them, with all my being I say, that justice should come to place”, he said.
Asked whether he's hinting for revenge, Alban Zejnullahu said: “I didn't say something concrete, but justice will come to place”.
The Court of Appeals said in a press release today that he has asked the Foundation that “avoided all violations filed in the complaint act, turning the case into re-establishment”.
