That was after the complaint against the Constitutional Court's decision, which sentenced him to 18 years in prison for war crimes.
Two appeals hearings in which the defence has sought Shala's release or the return of the case to the retrial have been held for this case, while the prosecution has said the court in this case has decided correctly.
Like the Prosecutor, there has been a defense of the victims.
