In the 52nd and final effort for the Kosovo Parliament's binding before the end of the constitutional deadline, ambassadors of foreign countries in Kosovo are expected to be present today.
The German Embassy has announced that Ambassador Jorn Rohde, along with other international representatives, will participate in the Assembly session to be held today.
“Since tomorrow is the last chance to forge the Parliament before the Constitutional Court's deadline, Ambassador Rohde, along with other international colleagues, plans to participate in the session in parliament,” said in the embassy's announcement.
On 26 July, the 30-day term set by the Constitutional Court for the Constitutional Constitutional Constitutional Assembly expires. President Vjosa Osmani has submitted a request to clarify the legal consequences if the Assembly is not constitutionalised by this deadline, stressing that “compromis is nowhere to be seen”.
The session is scheduled to begin at 11:00 today.
