Albulen Hadziu's husband strips his car of official ID of the CEC and puts civil license plates on it

Just days after the members of the Central Election Commission have been equipped with new vehicles, the representative of the Vetevendosje Movement in the CEC, Alban Krasniqi é was reluctant to move by vehicle easily identified by citizens via official license plate “5Z”. The much promised Transparency by Vetevendosje and its leader, Albin Kurti, has been kicked by officials from this party, as soon as they began violating the threshold of state institutions.
The same has been the case with the husband of Parliament Speaker Albulen Haxhiu. Krasniqi, in a few days, has removed the official license plates of the CEC official vehicle and has put civil license plates in place, turning the official car into an ordinary tool, like any other citizen, and unseen, broadcasts paparazzi.
From the photos our medium provided is seen the official vehicle used by Krasniqi. The vehicle is parked in the official CEC parking lot area, near this institution.

Krasniqi's move is not common and raises strong questions on the motives of hiding official identification.
Official vehicles in Kosovo are clearly identified through specific license plates showing they are owned by public institutions. Switching them with civil license plates that don't show connections to any state institution is an attempt to avoid public identification and monitoring, giving the official car a simple citizen vehicle view.
Such a situation sets a disturbing precedent in managing public resources and responsibilities.
Other media have reported that during the Self-Determination Movement Government hundreds of official cars have been equipped with civil license plates, mainly because of the continued tendency of state officials to use such cars overtime but also during weekends.
Based on documents provided by the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB) by 277 official cars containing double plates, more than 180 are in the office of the prime minister and various Kosovo Government ministries. The data for “Hide” official cars from citizens belong to October 2024.
According to data from that time discovered by the media, the CEC had only three cars with civilian license plates. /Periscope/
