The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has filed charges against indictees E.J., and K.J., for criminal work “-grubby”.
According to the announcement, in the village of Ratkoc of Rahovec, the two defendants shared roles with the N.N. They broke into the house of the injured M.M. in order to rob.
The defendants disguised with the use of force and with serious possession of AK-47-type automatic weapons attack the life and body of M.M. and its N.M. spouse. The injured M.M., they ask for money by hitting it with strong tools to the head and body, and they also hit the damaged N.M., forcibly taking the gold chains from their neck, so that they strike once with guns and then on their way out of it they pick up the amount of 7,000 Euro” from their pocket, the report says.
With these actions E.J. defendants, and K.J., in co-ordination they've committed the criminal work “grabit”. Also defendant K.J. has committed criminal work “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”. /Periscope/
