Agon Zamenu's analysis outside Kosovo? The Law Medicine Institute does not see fit to confirm whether it sent them no

A serious event that took place in Lipjan, where 27-year-old Agon Zamenu lost his life, has shocked the whole country. For suspects in the death of the young man, who are five policemen, yesterday's Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the 30-day detention measure for criminal work “murders by carelessness”. About the tragic event of death [...]
About the tragic case of the 27-year-old's death during the police arrest, many questions were raised as to how the whole event took place, where a cause mentioned the setbacks.
The many questions were expected to be answered by the institution from which the young man's death, the Institute of Legal Medicine, would be clarified.
Of the latter, two days ago, Flamur Dylhas, a doctor at IML, spoke, where the victim's autopsy was carried out. The same for Radio Free Europe has said it cannot confirm or deny the cause of death, as it communicates only with the prosecution.
On the same day, The IML came up with a Facebook post saying that an autopsy was conducted for Agon Zajnullah, and that the report was rejected that the preliminary report was issued in question.
“By order of State Attorney, yesterday at the (IML) Law Medicine Institute, autopsy was conducted for the late Agon Zamenu. The autopsis has been carried out by the team led by legal medical care expert, and with the participation of police officials appointed by Kosovo Police. We've seen today in various portals the news that the preliminary report was released on the case in question. With moral and professional responsibilities, we state that any such report has not been released from the IML, and this news as such is non-real”, was said among other things by the IML.
However, it was reported yesterday that 27-year-old Agon Zamenullah's toxicology tests will take place in Kosovo, but that the same will be sent abroad to northern Macedonia. This, according to reports, is because the Toxicology laboratory at the Institute of Legal Medicine is out of place.
Regarding these recent reports, the Express newspaper sent questions yesterday to both the IML and Pristina Founding Prosecutor to get clarifications about the situation. During this time, however, none have responded to confirm or deny reporting in question.
In addition to reports during the day, for Agon Zejnou's samples, Ehat Miftaraj has been declared by the Kosovo Institute for Justice.
The same show last night on the Pressing in T7, has said the same have been sent to northern Macedonia.
Agon's <x0 mics have gone to northern Macedonia, which means we as a state, have failed to build mechanisms that facilitate the work, not only the Prosecution, Police, but also other agencies”, Miftaraj concluded.
Meanwhile, about the case in question, besides the police, it has been disclosed by the Kosovo Medical Oda, that the latter has opened investigations about allegations of failing to provide first aid from the Lipjan municipality emergency team doctor.
It was Oda's chairman, Plerat Sejdiu, who has announced that the investigation will take place on two tracks, where one relates to the doctor's statement that is being taken contrary to professional ethics, and that the other is not providing first aid at the scene. /Periscopi/
