According to the indictment, on July 28, 2024, at the <x0 festival Sunny Hill” in Pristina, defendants Roland Gashi and Urim Sylemannim, during care for the rich interests of the damaged- festival “Sunny Hill”, in order to bring itself illegal wealth benefits, has misused their authorization as festival workers, as long as you stay at the “entry The festival's VIP”, being tasked with conducting ticket scans, has been doing their sale illegally (hand drives), reports “Justice Trust“.
Actaza says defendant Roland Gashi from selling 13 entrance tickets “VIP” and 20 simple tickets have seized for themselves the amount worth of 2 grand and 40 euros, while defendant Urim Sylejmani, from selling a ticket, has seized 50 euros for himself.
In this case, according to the indictment, festival “Sunny Hill”- represented by Wisar Bretnica -- has caused material damage to the value of two thousand and 90 euros.
By these actions, Gashi and Sylejmani are charged with separately committing criminal work “The use of trust” by Article 330, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code.
