Prizren, July 15, 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against indictees S.J., due to well-based suspicion that the same had committed criminal work “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414, par.1 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
According to the indictment, with a date of 31.01.22 in Prizren, in unconfirmed time, exploiting the office or official authority ʹ in the quality of the doctor next to the Gynecology Department é Obstetrical of Prizren General Hospital, in order to carry out the official tasks in order to benefit himself and the other person, and to cause property to the other person, acts in violation of the Law on the Saintship of the Republic of Kosovo, in a way that refuses to accept the request of the G.B., to perform with the office of the hospital near the Prizren Hospital, with the reasoning that the public ward had damaged the patient's ability to do so with the same word, the Pristina patient's ability to perform it in the same manner, and the Pristina patient's, and the Pristina patient's, and the Pristina patient's in effect.
