Three accused in Banjska case sent to court under added security measures

The three accused in the Banjska Blagoje Spasojevich case, Vladimir Toliq and Dusan Maksimovici were brought from detention to court under increased security measures by the Kosovo Police.
The case “Banjska” has 45 accused, but the process is isolated only for Spasojeviqi, Toliqi and Maksimovici, as the other indictees are on the run.
The Special Prosecutor on September 11th 2024 has filed charges against Milan Radociki and 44 others for the September 24th 2023 terrorist attack in Zvecan Banjska.
The accused are charged that, through the use of heavy-armed violence, they have attempted to exhumate the northern part of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and unite the Republic of Serbia, by scratch, as a result of the violence used, police official Africa Buxaku has remained dead, and the lives of other police officials and the civilian population have been endangered.
For former Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radociq, and another 40 indictees have reported international arrest, as they are on the run./Periscopi/
