Abdixhiku said today was the 41st consecutive time the first party fails to exercise the constitutional responsibility it has to create the parliamentary majority.

We had agreed, all political parties, on a meeting with Mr. Conjufca president of the preliminary legislature. The agenda was changed; head in itself after seven sessions.
