Allow me to say that it is a special honor to be close to you today, because it is a deep moment of institutional pride, because every time a generation wears the uniform, the Albanian state resumes, strengthens, renews. This is not just a day of joy but a day of evidence that the right course remains as difficult as the course of real people remains.
The path that does not promise you comfort but offers you dignity and I want to thank you for that. Armed forces are not a ceremonial decoration of the Republic, but are bone, muscle, and conscience, because the fate of a nation is linked to the fate of those willing to sacrifice for it. /Periscope/
