Even in the 52th effort, following the Constitutional Court's justice for the 30-day term, the party that has come first in the February 9th elections, the Vetevendosje Movement has failed to elect the chairman of Kuwait and the vice-presidents.
In all of this situation, yesterday the Constitutional Court has come out with an announcement in the response of the PDK and LDK, where it has said that after July 27th until August 8th, the Assembly dares take any action or decision.
At the same time, the Constitutional Court has a request by President Vjosa Osmani, who has sent some clear questions about what might happen or what are the legal consequences if the Assembly is not constitutionalised within the 30-day legal deadline, as the Constitutional Court has said.
For 52 times how many MPs have gathered, every 48 hours since April 15th, when it was the first session, the party led by Albin Kurti has failed to make new institutions out of the February 9th elections, and where the VV came in first with 42% or 48 seats in the Kosovo Assembly.
Albin Kurti twice during this time sent the letter to LDK's address, once for the meeting, and the second for co-governance, but it had been flatly rejected by LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku.
Kurti had also met with PDK leader Memli Krasniqi, not for co-governance, but to cross the farm in the Kosovo Assembly.
At all this time, Albin Kurti had several meetings with NISMA head Fatmir Limaj, but that up to these moments have not produced anything of their meetings.
Limaj is insisting on the Speaker of the Parliament, while Kurti has already been sworn under Albulen Hadziu.
The EU and the QUINTI countries have sometimes insisted that new institutions be formed as soon as possible, but that this call has been resolutioned without any success. /Periscopi/
