The 46-year-old Ellis Roga has fallen into prison after the Court of Rome issued arrest warrants for criminal acts “criminal body” and “Narcotics Trafficking”.
Criminal acts, for which, according to the Italian Criminal Code, are envisioned a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
Police announcement:
Following successive operations by the Directorate of the Operational Task Force for the capture of internationally sought persons.
Finalized police operation coded “Operation 53”.
The extradition to Italy, an internationally declared citizen for criminal organisation and narcotics trafficking, is deliberately seized and arrested.
The structures of the Directorate of the Operational Task Force in the Crime Police Department, based on operational information and in co-operation with the Tirana Police Department, with the Security Experts' Office at the Italian Embassy and the I-CAN Project, located and arrested E citizen. R., 46, resident in Tirana.
This citizen was declared international in search, by Interpol Rome, after the Court of Rome, Italy, issued arrest warrants for this citizen, for criminal acts, “criminal body” and “Narcotics Trafficking”.
Criminal acts, for which, according to the Italian Criminal Code, are envisioned a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
Legal procedures for the extradition of this citizen are under way, in collaboration with Italian justice authorities.
