There has also been a failure “attempting the 46th <x1nd> for the constitution. The head of the session, Avni Dehari, suspended the session after the repeated proposal for the secret vote for the election of the head parliament did not receive the necessary votes.
Representatives of the PDK, LDK and AAK were not allowed to speak, while trying to say a few words from the Parliament's speaker when they were invited to propose names for members of the commission for a secret vote.
Dehar asked that they be interrupted, asking for “solely to propose”.
The commission, proposed by the LVV for the secret vote, received only 43 votes.
The situation seems to have not changed even a Constitutional Court act, which obliges MPs to constitute the Parliament. She decided MPs should complete the constitutional session within 30 days, at the latest until 26 July.
The Vetevendosje Movement is casting a proposal every two days for forming a commission for a secret vote, which is not receiving the necessary votes.
Other Albanian parties argue that this bias excludes the secret vote, but in the LVV, they say it allows that way.
The party's attempt, which came first in the February 9th elections to make the vote secret, came after Albulen Haxhiu, their candidate for prime minister, repeatedly failed to get the 61 votes needed to be elected.. /Periscopi/
