40th House Constitution session launches

It has started the 40th session for the Kosovo Assembly Constitution, which will begin at 11:00.

Thirty-nine continuing so far have failed to form the ninth legislature, released by the February nineth elections.

In addition to the oath of elected deputies, the new Assembly has remained unconstitutiond in the absence of the election of new chairman and vice-presidents.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Democratic League of Kosovo, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and NISMA are not giving the vote to the candidate proposed for chairmanship by the Vetevendosje Movement, Gux and Alternatives.

Albulen Haxhiu in six attempts has failed to pass the exam and, in the absence of this Vetevendosje Movement, Gux and Alternatives are seeking a commission for a secret vote, which the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has demanded interpretation by the Constitutional Court. The latter, through an act of prejudice, has decided on Thursday, June 26th, that the Assembly should be constitutionalised within thirty days.

We remember, parliamentary elections were held on nine (9) February. The first meeting for the new Parliament's dedication is held on 15th (April 15th). Since that date, every forty-eight hours are being held continuing the constitutional session without reaching any concrete results. /Periscope/
