The head of the session, Avni Dehari, after yesterday's failure since the proposal for the Secret Vote Commission found support again, said that since it is the last day MPs can gather, the session will continue in less than 48 hours, as happened for months.
“Day has been announced for the Constitutional Court's decision on the interim move. So, according to the Constitutional Court's decision, the provisional measure takes effect on July 27th in length until August 8th. Given that this measure goes into effect on Sunday, and also a 30-day deadline for the constitutional court's constitutional framework to be established tomorrow, then as chairman of the constitutional hearing and as a bid for the Assembly arrangement, we will hold the next session tomorrow. For today the hearing is over, tomorrow we meet at 2:15x1>, Dehar said yesterday.
The Constitutional Court set 30 days for MPs to fulfill their constitutional obligation and to constitutionalise the ninth legislature, released by the 9 February elections.
But MPs for 29 days ignored this obligation, while the pardje issued a temporary move of two weeks that suspends the work of the Parliament until the establishment of a final act that will clarify the way forward to emerge from an unprecedented situation where the Assembly of Kosovo has entered.
From the first party, the Vetevendosje Movement, there is no indication it will give up its insistence on its proposal to Albulen Haxhiu, the chief Parliamentary leader, who, for nearly five months, managed to get the necessary support of MPs.
Fatmir Limaj, who was seen as the only associate for Vetevendosje with votes whose formation of new institutions is more real, is asking for it. /Periscopi/
