23-year-old is dead by Shkopet Lake, while car inside water

A 23-year-old has lost his life under still unclear circumstances near Lake Shkopet, Tuesday night.

According to police reports, the young man was found without life by the lake, while his vehicle had fallen into the water.

The 23-year-old was found after his father reportedly denounced at Matt's Police Commissioner after the young man had not returned to the apartment, Euronewsbania reports, broadcasts Periscope

After hours of search by police forces, the lifeless body was found near the lake and the car was sunk in the water.

Police report they are investigating the circumstances and dawn of this event.
