22 Suspects in International Drug Trafficking Continued for 2 Months

Following the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo for continuing the detention measure in the PPPS investigative criminal case.in.50/2024 against 22 defendants, the judge of the pre-procedure procedure after reviewing the request has received the verdict and has approved the SPPC's request, so that the detention measure of 22 indictees has been continued in length of 2 (two months) for each, this security measure will last by 03.09.2025x1> said in the reply of the spokeswoman for Gashi KOXcom.
Rexhepa Nikci, Arian Krasniqi, Abbedin Gjakova, Ragip Bislimi, Armen Isali, Rifat Vucetaj, Erduan Ismaili, Shemsi Bahtiri, Andy Vokshi, Blerim Sharapoli, Elez Elez, Roland Beqiri, Avni Rekaliu, Edin Berisha, Ardijan Mazreqiaj, Kurbi Dezdari, Ondiku, Lori Tigani, Brovina, Kahraman Akso, Yalni and Lhafikji are arrested in police action, <X Dezdijredari, 45x, in Pristina, 45ekrecérejrejrej, in Pristina.
For the first time, the detention measure was assigned to 05.06.2025.
The investigative file shows that in a period of time between the beginning of 2019 and 03.06.2025 in Kosovo and other states, deliberately and knowingly, have conducted overall activities organised to conduct criminal acts of narcotics trafficking.
The group allegedly made millions of profits from this activity.
The drug dealing based on the file is said to have been done through various containers for carrying various goods, through transport ships, through cargo transport trucks, through truckloads equipped with camouflaged bunkers through specially arranged locations to hide narcotics.
The route that has been described is through land routes, maritime ports in Albania, northern Macedonia to Kosovo.
It is also described in the file that members of the group had mixed narcotics with bicarbon soda and other components with the aim of adding weight and then packed in a pressure car, and the narcotic was again placed in transport mode.
Following the Kosovo drug accession, the group was allegedly later sold through transport vehicles in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Germany, Switzerland and other EU states.
The group allegedly earned millions of euros illegally through this drug trafficking activity.
