At least 19 people have died and another 164 have been injured after a Bangladesh Air Force trainer crashed at a school campus in the capital, Daka, the BBC reported.
Images from Milestone School and College in the northern suburb of Utttara show a huge fire and heavy smoke after the plane crashed into a two - story building.
The armed forces said in a Facebook statement that the F-7 plane suffered a mechanical defect after it was set up for training shortly after 1300 local time (07:06 GMT). The pilot was among the killed, the air force added.
More than 50 people, including children and adults, were sent to hospital with burns, said a doctor at the National Institute of Plastic Djegies and Surgery.. /Periscopi/
