In a statement in Telegram on Sunday, Zelensky has said defence minister Rustem Umero will lead the Ukrainian delegation.
We're doing everything to protect our independence, our country and our people”, Zelensky said, writes time.net.
Ukrainian officials had earlier called on the Kremlin to ensure a promised memorandum defining its position on ending the war before the meeting takes place.
Moscow had said it would share its memorandum during the talks.
Zelensky's statement comes after Russia has issued the largest number of fears in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion three years ago, Ukraine's air forces reported on Sunday.
Air Force has said 472 fears have been issued over Ukraine.
Earlier Sunday, the Ukrainian Army has said at least 12 Ukrainian service members were killed, and more than 60 were injured in a Russian missile attack in an army training unit.
Meanwhile, Ukraine has attacked the long-range Russian nuclear bombers on Sunday at a military base in Siberia, the first such attack so far from front lines more than 4,300km away, according to pro-Russian bloggers. /Periscope/
