During a speech in Vilnius, after a summit in the Lithuanian capital, Zelensky has said sanctions against Russia are the necessary “to seriously define “” Russia's oil trade and the use of tankers from Moscow.
“Without pressure, Putin will continue playing games with all those who want this war to end”, the Ukrainian leader has said.
Zelensky has also announced that he expects more war prisoners released, says time.net.
