White shark appears in the Adriatic Sea

This find is important because large white sharks are a Mediterranean-related species, but they are also very rare in the waters of this area. The Institute of Marine Biology in Montenegro has confirmed this discovery and named it the third documented view of a large white shark in these waters within the last three decades.
However, scientists have assured the public, stressing that this species does not pose an extraordinary threat to humans.
