Nowadays, there have been many cases that have sought help from various tourists who had gone out to sea by floating means, where the Tirana couple sought help after the high waves but the strong wind had blown them off the coast nearly 3-4km away and threatened drowning.
Border police have come to the aid of the couple by remorteming and getting them ashore safely, but because of the wave sea and the strong wind of border police in Himarae, they too have risked their lives.
