Water ambaltage scandal: Court rejects Naser Hafizi's indictment against Periscope

Naser Hafizi on the 1907.2024 has filed a lawsuit against Periscope with “rationale for slander and insult”.

The trial after review and assessment of the evidence found in the subject paperwork came to the conclusion that the plaintiff's indictment for compensation is incalculable”It's a court decision.

The already known water ambalncing scandal in Kosovo, which includes Lieburn Aliu, the minister of the Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, along with Naser Hafizi deputy director of the Regional Authority of the River Forests, has caused Kosovo tens of millions of damage by paying off debts in illegal forms to companies dealing with water storage in Kosovo.

In the Albanian Post research, in the case of only 5 companies of water editors (out of 27 total) is the extortion and misuse of 11 million and 152 thousand and 144 euros in the state of Kosovo.
All this debt, Aliu, through his subordinate Hafizi, who had just become minister and had been passed illegally from the Financial Official's position to that of the Retailer of the Tax and Project Division Leader and eventually as the Director of the Regional Banking Authority, has repaid these companies with only a few thousand euros in payments.
