The embassy's Facebook post reads that there is the possibility of protests against American citizens and US interests, urging them to receive detailed information in case of travel.
“Warning worldwide: The conflict between Israel and Iran has caused disruptions of travel and periodic closure of airspace throughout the Middle East. There is the possibility of protests against citizens and interests of the United States abroad. The State Department advises American citizens worldwide to show increased care.
