According to A2 CNN reports, the site has been identified to a local farmer, where about 150 head of livestock are allegedly infected.
Of these, 13 leaders are dead, while the rest are immediately quarantined. Local veterinary authorities have intervened to isolate the case and to take preventive measures against further spread of the disease.
Meanwhile, the situation in Elbasan County, where another plague hearth was previously reported, is currently considered stable and clean. Authorities urge farmers to report any suspicious cases to prevent the spread of the disease. /Periscope/
