We remember that earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in a speech given in Lithuania's capital, Vilnius, warned of the need for a new “sanctions level” to Russia if today's talks do not bring concrete progress towards peace.
“A new pressure, new sanctions needed, and not just from Europe,” said Zelensky, stressing that without strong pressure, Russian President Vladimir Putin “will continue to play” games.
