In Moscow, Kremlin deputy Vladimir Medinsky said Ukraine, in turn, had returned 27 Russian troops, Reuters reports, broadcast. Periscope.
“As a result of the repatriation activities..., the troops of 1,212 fallen defenders have returned to Ukraine,” said the Kiev prison exchange co-ordination committee on the Telegram message application.
Kiev and Moscow reached an agreement in their latest round of talks last week for a large-scale exchange of war dead bodies, though the agreement was marred by disputes over its implementation.
