Ukraine's “Security Service conducted a new special operation and hit the Crime Bridge for the third time, this time underwater! The operation lasted several months”, wrote SBU on the telegram, reports CNN.

The attack also comes a day after the second round of talks between Ukraine and Russia on the end of the war.
In talks held in Istanbul, Turkey, Ukraine has accepted the so-called memorandum from Russia, while Ukraine says it had handed over the framework of conditions for ending the war long ago to Russia.
In Monday's talks, the parties have agreed to exchange 6,000 soldiers killed in the war. /Periscope
