United States President Donald Trump, at a conference with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte from The Hague, has welcomed NATO countries' commitment to increasing defence spending to 5% of Brto (PBB) domestic production.
I've been trying to get to 5% for years. And now they're going to 5%. This is a big increase from 2%, and many countries weren't even meeting 2%. So that's very big news,” said Trump.
