Trump warning of re-agement in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Arifi: Kurti has degraded Kosovo negotiating position

Former Kosovo chief negotiator Avni Arifi has said in a proposal for Periscope that all processes in the Balkans have succeeded only when the US has taken a leading role.
