Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin have discussed the hostilities between Iran and Israel in a new call today. This has been announced by Kremlin's top foreign policy assistant, Yuri Usshakov. Usakov said Putin condemned Israeli attacks on Iran and that the two leaders did not rule out the possibility of a return to discussions on Iran's nuclear programme, writes Skynews, broadcast Periscope.

Usakov was also quoted as saying that Putin confirmed Russia's readiness to continue negotiations with Ukraine.

The two presidents reportedly spoke for about 50 minutes.
