Initially, the White House had announced that Trump would travel on Monday, but the official agenda for that day has undergone change.
Instead of travelling, Trump will hold an important meeting with the Council for National Security, which has made the departure towards Europe delayed for one day.
According to NewsStation, the postponement of travel may be linked to recent tense developments in the Middle East, especially the situation in Iran. So far, however, there is no official confirmation from the White House that directly mentions this as the main cause of the decision.
Despite the change in the agenda, official sources have confirmed that President Trump will participate in the key summit of the North Atlantic Alliance to be held in the Dutch capital. /Periscope/
