Albulen Haxhiu, Besa Battiu, Donika Cadaj-Bujupi of Pal Lekaj, are charged with putting tear gas canisters in the Kosovo Assembly in February, performing the criminal work <x0).
The incident concerns the time when the opposition parties -- the Vetevendosje Movement, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and the Social Democrat Initiative -- rejected the Kosovo-Montenegro Agreement for demarcation of the border and the Kosovo-Serbia agreement for establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
