The Hague's Specialised Chambers have again rejected Fadil Fazliu's request to add him to the defence team, Artan Kerkin.
The specialist argues that lawyer Qerkeyni was present during the raid by the Specialised Prosecutor at the Smaj Union House on October 30th, 2023, which is also part of the Act for obstruction of justice.
The target in an answer to Periscopi said SPS claims are unacceptable.
