He said that” rights delay, but do not forget”.
“Today, the Supreme Court justly gave the KR “Cleaning” and, above all, our employees who honestly and faithfully care every day for the purity of our city. The regulation of waste management, approved in the Municipal Assembly, has been declared legal and must be implemented! The Court's decision stresses that banning the production of legal consequences from this regulation would be a violation of fundamental rights and public interest.”, he wrote.
Recica said this “is a victory for the law, for justice, for citizens, and for any honest cleaning worker that does not stop for any day”.
